National dues are $3.25 per member. Send $5.25 per member to Tennessee PTA.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paying Through Givebacks eCheck\/ACH<br \/><\/strong>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.givebacks.com\/\">Givebacks<\/a> to set up your PTA unit&#8217;s checking account. Once set up you can pay dues through the State Dues link under the Admin portal for your unit. To send Tennessee PTA a check instead of using direct bank payment, please use the <a href=\"https:\/\/tnpta.org\/membership\/remittanceform.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em><strong>Tennessee<\/strong><strong> PTA Membership Remittance Form<\/strong><\/em><\/a> \u00a0and enter the check number in the State Dues link in Givebacks. Be sure the Remittance Form you are using is current with the <strong>801 2nd Avenue N., Box 13, Nashville<\/strong>\u00a0Mailing address.<\/p>\r\n<p>Pay your council dues separately. Do not send state and national dues to your council.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State PTA annual reporting dates are:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>September 30th \u2013 Early Bird Membership Award Deadline\u00a0<strong>NEW Early Bird Deadline<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>November 1st &#8211; <strong>REQUIRED<\/strong>\u00a0reporting date for ALL units<\/li>\r\n<li>Monthly thereafter November 1 through June 1.<\/li>\r\n<li>All PTA unit membership numbers submitted prior to and received by March 1st will be used for membership awards and to determine the number of voting delegates per unit for the Tennessee PTA Annual Meeting.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Units that belong to Councils:<\/strong>\u00a0You must submit council dues directly to the Councils. This is a different process than previous years.
