Givebacks Help

Tennessee PTA started using the platform called MemberHub, now called Givebacks, over three years ago. Givebacks helps connect your PTA community with online communications and also connects your PTA unit to members wanting to join the PTA. Within the Givebacks site, local units will find an e-store, newsletters, signup sheets, shared calendar events, files, photos, reminders, and much more all in one place! With Givebacks you can:

  • Join the PTA
  • Shop for offers
  • Sign up for volunteer time slots
  • Receive emails and/or texts with communications from all levels
  • Share files and photos in a secure environment
  • Utilize the school calendar and receive event reminders
  • Your information is stored securely and privately.

Do you want to upload your members into MemberHub from a spreadsheet instead of manually entering them? We can help!
Do you want to upload your members into MemberHub from a spreadsheet instead of manually entering them? We can help!

For us to help you, please do the following:

 

  • Member uploads will be processed by the state for you. You can submit your members in either an Excel or CSV format.
  • Please send your members in a spreadsheet with the following column headings: First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number.
  • Each name must have either an email address OR a phone number. The email address must be a valid email address and no two people can use the same email address.
  • The phone number can be anything and can be duplicated.
  • Spreadsheet files will take up to 2 business days to process.
  • Send spreadsheet files to Theresa Shaw at tshaw@tnpta.org
