Membership Reporting Requirements
State and National Dues
State dues are $2.00 per member. National dues are $2.25 per member. Send $4.25 per member to Tennessee PTA.
Paying Through Givebacks eCheck/ACH
Go to Givebacks to set up your PTA unit’s checking account. Once set up you can pay dues through the State Dues link under the Admin portal for your unit. If you haven’t set up your banking account, here is a link to the instructions at: How to Pay Your State Dues in Givebacks:

Pay your council dues separately and directly to your council.
PTA Unit Membership Reporting Not Through a Bank Draft
Units enter your unit’s members information into MemberHub first. To send Tennessee PTA a check instead of using direct bank payment, please use the Tennessee PTA Membership Remittance Form (or access the form in Spanish) and enter the check number in the State Dues link in MemberHub. Be sure the Remittance Form you are using is current with the P.O. Box 1026, Hixson Mailing address.
Pay your council dues separately. Do not send state and national dues to your council.
State PTA annual reporting dates are:
- September 30th – Early Bird Membership Award Deadline NEW Early Bird Deadline
- November 1st – REQUIRED reporting date for ALL units
- Monthly thereafter November 1 through June 1.
- All PTA unit membership numbers submitted prior to and received by March 1st will be used for membership awards and to determine the number of voting delegates per unit for the Tennessee PTA Annual Meeting.
Units that belong to Councils: You must submit council dues directly to the Councils. This is a different process than previous years. Please consult your council membership chair for council reporting dates and for a council form.
